What We Do
We operate a decentralized organizational structure in order to harness individual skills and expertise with the aim of executing any project professionally, on time, within budget and in conformity with specifications.
Project Input
The primary inputs to this project are the requirements and commonly accepted installation manuals / job procedures provided standards as guidance for proper execution of a project.
Design & Implementation
The various designs for the project shall be in accordance with CLIENT's. Design and Engineering Practice specifications.
Installation and Commissioning
The installation works and commissioning of all aspects of this project shall be done using established and approved procedures, and instructions.
Monitoring and Measurement
The progress of the project shall be recorded daily and weekly by responsible personnel. Records of audit/surveillance reports, and inspection and tests, shall be maintained to form part of the final documentation.
